WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — August 19, 2026 — Fulcrum Property announced the opening of The Resort at The Bridge District, a new private fitness, wellness, and social destination serving participating member communities and homes in The Bridge District.
Located along the Sacramento River across from Downtown Sacramento, The Resort features a fitness center and movement studio, pool and hot tub, coworking areas, resident lounges, outdoor fire pits, dog spaw, and gathering spaces.
